Bhutta Sb.,   Send list of members who have not paid. Let all the members attend the meeting. Raise the issue of payment there and make the payment as pre-condition for voting. I know we are all educated since and we all mean well but unfortunately we are involved in personality clashes more than anything else, let us adopt a democratic way, if we all will work together it will benefit everyone InshaAllah.
