Dear Mr. Sanaullah Bhutta and ALL respected ISPAK members,
Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Precedence: bulk
I would like to thank you personally for the kind words, ISPAK is a collective eforts
of all the members and whatever we are today it is purely because of dedicated and
sincre efforts of all the members. WHERE WE WENT WRONG, basically in my opinion it
was the royalty issue primarily and the way we handled the issue was the main reason
for the begining of the rift and which formed two groups in ISPAK.
President ISPAK nominated four persons for discussion with the honorable Minister,
however few Karachi members strongly suggested that President ISPAK alongwith myself
should attend the meeting in Isalamabad as the matter was very serious and they wanted
an IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT.
I have earlier apologised to Mr. IMRAN A. Shah and Mr. Naeem for the inconvenience
caused to both of them and I again accept FULL responsibility that instead of FOUR
members ALL SIX should have atended the meeting with MOST. I hope they will forgive
us for mishandling of the nominations.
In all sincrety we have been able to reduce the Royalty amount substantially, I also
feel that due to strong opposition from few of our members from North on Royalty issue
we further renegotiated and obtained additional reduction which is going to benefit
everyone and all credit for this achievement goes to members who refused to accept
1.5% on gross.
I would like to advise you ALL that I will be happy to accept the role of Election
Officer and will like to conduct the elections and ISPAK will be managed by the NEW
elected representatives. I will therefore will not be contesting and will like to
assist ISPAK as an ordinary member. I would like you all to remain united as OUR
UNITY IS OUR STRENGTH.
I thank you all once again and my sincre thanks and prayers for Mr. Sanaullah Bhutta
who has tried his best, as we are all human being so is Mr. Bhutta. I would also like
to apologies from all the members if any earlier email or actions have hurt them. I
will be back InshaAllah in two weeks and will see you all soon.
Kind Regards
A. Jalil

by hosting different meetings and dinners and lunches to ISPAK guests. Mr.Imran Akhtar
Shah worked hard and also provided us office facilities of WOL in Islamabad
Mr.Salman Ansari services will remain alive forever in building the image of ISPAK.
It is his baby.
The services of Mr.Wahaj ur Siraj are remarkable. His efficient working forced to PTA
and PTCL to accept our demands. Mr.Ahmad Nadeem Syed talented working and support to
get reduction in tariff and royalty in excellent, all achievements are due to his hard
working and marathon negotiations with PTCL and PTA. Mr.Mahmood Baweja of Napcom who
provided us free facilities of meeting in Regent Plaza Hotel and provided office.
Mr.Tahir Choudhry of Zooom.net beared all expenses of early office in Islamabad.
Mr.Asif Luqman Qazi and Mr.Ishaq Malik contributed their shaer in hosting lunch for
PTA on Open Fourm. Mr.Imran Qureshi is still spending time to lookafter the account
and other matters. Each and every member has contributed and there was no rift prior
the introduction of tariff of STM-1.
The list of achievements is very long ( I will ask to Mr.Pasha for circulation of list
of achivement) and ISPAK has a history of hard working, history of unity and team
sprits. If we will remain unite we can achieve more if we will loose unity we will
loose all achievements. I am unable to under stand why rift is being created. ISPAK
always welcome to volunteers for their support and to represent ISPAK. If some one
desire to contribute to ISPAK he will be most well come. Mr.Imran Shah urged to work
so he represented in all committees. He was autorised to send letter on my behalf to
PTA and PTCl and sent countless letters. All the time we hunted talented people for
development of ISPAK. We published advertisement . "WANTED TO WORK FOR ISPAK"
Now ISPAK has become an identity and forceful forum of ISPs so some people desire
to capture it. ISPAK is always in-need of sincer hard workers come and join to work
like Mr.Jamal Nasir Mr.Nasir Qureshi. It is a histry of unity .Please forgive me if I
have mised services of any other members.
What has happend with us now we are fighting with each other for paid and non paid ,
tariff of annual fee , memebrs and offical and non -offical meeting. May there be my
fault please forgive me.
Best regards.
Sanaullah Bhutta
