Dear Arshad Jalil Sb,

Thank you for the explanation. We all want to remain
united in one ISPAK, but do you sincerely think that
we can remain united when genuine licensed,
operational ISPs are told to keep away even from
attending meetings. ISPAK affairs are all messed up
and you know the reason better than me. This is being
run as a Sole Proprietorship rather than an
association. We would have allowed Bhutta Sb to do
whatever he wishes but any decision taken at his end
effects all ISPs' business. You have been a consistent
supporter of Bhutta Sb and I think you can make him
understand better.

Regards,
Asif Luqman Qazi
