Dear All,
It is learnt that STM1 international link is cut
since June 29 till today . It is also learnt through reliable sources that the
testing process was not completed in fact it was in initial stages when this
happened . I wonder how PTCL will be able to get the trust of internet industry
and sell 155 m.b of huge bandwidth in such doubtful conditions and situation
Those who intend to switch to STM1 in near future , will put their services at a
very high rate of risk .
I clearly see a need for a backbone with multiple International connectivity/
links in prevailing situation and this can only happen under the umbrella
of private sector .
