Dear ISPAK Members,
Pls tell me what is the status of the Cable Net Operators that are poping
around the city.
Are the licensed by PTA ??
Are they paying any license fee and ROYALTY to PTA ??
Are they being forced to maintain QOS by PTA ??
Are they being told to implement contect filtering or their proxies by PTA ??
We need to look into this matter ASAP, as this is affecting our
businesses.
