I think the PTA should do what it is supposed to do and make sure that
these illegal operations are closed ASAP.
There will always be black sheep within the industry, and these operators
have other ways to buy bandwidth, like posing as a corporate customer or
even an individual.
I suggest to Mr. President ISPAK, that he should write a letter to PTA,
complaining about this violations of the rules, and ask PTA to shutdown
these operatons ASAP.
