Dear Abdi Sb.,   A.O.A   Probably I am as new to you as you are for me.   I would appreciate if the role of other members of the election committee is elaborated because so far it appears, that they do not have any role to play, from the way things are being managed. You did not bother to consult or even contact other committee members before or after the issuance of notice. At least I have been kept in total blank.   Since most of the work has already been done, I do not want to intervene in your work at this point of time, however, I am not sure how far this process will be successful in the absence of formulating a transparent and practical mechanism and adopting right procedures. In my opinion unless following procedures/system are put in place, the exercise will not be fruitful.   1. Preparation and circulation of final list of eligible members to nominate and to be nominees 2. Preparation and circulation of final list of eligible members to vote 3. Validation procedure, selection and rejection criteria 4. Practical voting Procedure 5.
