Hi all,
I would like to point out something to everyone. We have a 128 IPL from
Teleglobe and we were interested to get it closed down and get a bandwidth on
STM-1. We wrote a letter to DE Customer Services that our circuit should be
closed down with immediate effect and i was surprised to hear that they are
giving me 3 months lead time just to close that circuit.
Can somebody tell me what to do about it??
Have any of you thought of working on it??
In my opinion, it should be a decision of the ISP and not the PTCL to decide
that when to close a particular circui
