Dear ISPAK members

I think we need to work hard on this PTCL badshahi (not badmashi!) of giving
them 3 months luxury period to close or even shift to a new circuit within
PTCL...they even do not do any basic work within this period to give
customer clearance certificate at the end of the termination notice
period...I forced Teleglobe to close my circuit within ONE day notice...I
did not give them payment for ONE extra day..and our own PTCL asking to give
ONE month amount to compensate for the three month notice after two months
were adjusted in actual billing and third month payment is just a FINE to
close (or shift) the circuit.

Now it is high time to ask PTCL to reduce this period to either ONE or TWO
month and also adjust the amount paid as security plus one month advance
rental within this notice period.

I am compiling individually  all the recommendations and suggestions to be
presented to Chairman PTCL regarding billing blues of PTCL in all of its
departments. Interested members are requested to forward their individual
experiences and suggestions to be included in that report.
