It is a great idea that is long overdue. Your point #1 is most important and
we can learn from other ISPAK like associations in our formulations of the
Mission statement, Goals and Objectives. However, I will suggest that we
should first decide one thing at a time. Mission statement first, Goals
second and then objectives. I have attached a brief guide for setting goals
and objectives as well. In addition, I suggest interested people to look at
the following links as well for the formulation of the mission statement.
