Dear Ansar,

IN counting number of ports do not forget that in democracy the size of the constituency does not matter so much than the number and loci of representatives....we have to think about that also..uptil now we have been concentrating too much on number of ports but that has a peculiar problem in our case that about 70 percent are concentrated in one city and that city is politically has not been so popular in the country.

So priority should be to spread the ISPAK immediately to other parts of the country and make as many members as possible only then we will have a sound ground to fight. In current scenario unfortunately ISPAK is geographically bound and communication does not exist between chapters within ISPAK.

I think its time we put our differences to side and have one general body meeting sooner the better otherwise they will call meeting with every faction of the ISPAK and do whatever they want to do. If we goto the court then first we will have to fight among ourselves and by the time final verdict comes 2002 will be finished and we will loose the last chance to survive en block.
