What do you mean by "terms stipulated"? Enforcement can be done via
technology, dissemination of a Corp Infosec policy, agreements with
liability clauses e.g. NDA's and \ or discplinary clauses in policies and
sub-policies.

am not only interested in righting a policy.
I do not want to end up with a policy that I cannot enforce.
"what terms do you have stipulated in your policies and how do you
enforce them."
