Related, that unit tests module it requires hasnt been deployed since Nov 2020
when the changes were made to add the Jenkinsfile and change the profile bits,
so every test needing it since will have downloaded that stale snapshot.
Separately, the Jenkinsfile doesnt reference the renamed "main" branch and so
hasnt deployed any 5.17.0-SNAPSHOT since April 2021 when the branch was
renamed. It also doesnt yet reference the new 5.17.x branch either yet and so
still wont deploy anything for commits there either.
