Although that may not really be a change from 5.16.x and 5.15.x (which should
be removed now) previously, since it looks like it possibly only deploys on
success of the earlier tests stages for those and so e.g it isnt deploying
anything for them either as those always fail. The main bits were running a
reduced set though and passing at times, so they should deploy something if it
wasnt gated off by the branch ref comparison being wrong.
