Discussion continued on the PR(s) and it was decided to switch the brokers
cache usage to Caffeine for additional reasons such as Guava itself
recommending Caffeine is used, and the seemingly more active
community/maintenance/etc. Other parts of the code base do still use Guava (e.g
console, quorum-ri via curator-client, tests), but the actual artemis-server
broker itself doesnt directly any more and switches to Caffeine instead.
