Summary: Ability to cancel number of experiments from a pre
selected list

In PGA or the respected gateway it would be useful if user can cancel multiple
experiments at once. Situation where this would be useful are;
1. User wants to cancel experiments launched at a selected rescue
2. User wants to cancel experiments launched with a selected application
3. User retrieves experiments in EXECUTING for more than 24 hours and wants to
cancel the whole bunch
