Summary: In PGA Edit Cloned Experiment page changing rescue does
not refresh the queue field

Steps
1. Select an experiment
2. Navigate to Experiment Summary page and click 'Clone'
3. Change the resource
4. Select a queue
available queues are not from the newly selected rescue but from the previous.
User can select a wrong queue and save and launched the experiment
