I did start from fresh git clone. Thank you for help anyway. Good docker file
would be great.
What do we do with Python tests?
For me the most effective would be to add them in 0.17.1, alternative is to
write them blindly and see Jenkins errors or to debug the above which would
take most time but I will correct instructions too and maybe prepare docker
file for Fedora.
