Let's wait Julian for a while, then decide what to do with the patch.
I'm inclined to removing {{final List<RelCollation> collationList =
program.getCollations(child.getCollationList());}} from
{{org.apache.calcite.plan.RelOptUtil#createProject(org.apache.calcite.rel.RelNode,
java.util.List<? extends org.apache.calcite.rex.RexNode>,
java.util.List<java.lang.String>, boolean)}} to make sure {{Projects}} always
come without a {{Collation}}
