clean up the imports of cxf extension xml in the examples

Fix For: 2.8.4, 2.9.0
Since CXF 2.4.0, the user don't need to imports bunch of cxf extensions in
their camel context to load a right bus.
We need to flow the this practice in camel example at the same time.
