Add exchangeId to mbeans about first and last failed/complete

Currently we only have a timestamp when the first/last completed/failed happen
for a given mbean in the routes.
We should add exchangeId as detail as well. This allows people to get that
exchange id, in case they need to look into some logs etc. This would make it a
bit easier to find the details from the logs, when they have the exchangeId as
well.
