Please first ask for help on the user-forum *before* opening such tickets.
The trunk *does* build with Maven 3.0.4
However as the fix has not been backported to 2.9.x & 2.8.x you would have to
fix it by yourself on your workspace to make the source build on the branches.
And the fix is pretty trivial:
