Bengt Rodehav commented on CAMEL-5798:
--------------------------------------
Claus, I think a lot of people (like myself) are using the latest Camel version
(2.10.2) with the latest Karaf version (2.3.0). I do understand that it's not
possible to verify each combination of Camel and Karaf. However, normally Karaf
is very backwards compatible so it's usually no problem to upgrade to the
latest Karaf.
Does that mean that the camel-saxon feature is verified to work with Karaf
2.2.x? I haven't tried that (but I will).
> camel-saxon does not work on pure Karaf 2.3.0

> It seems like the camel-saxon feature only has been tested on Servicemix and
> not on a pure Karaf installation. Servicemix comes with a pre-installed
> XmlResolver while Karaf doesn't and it seems like camel-saxon requires an
> XmlResolver. It should therefore be added to the camel-saxon feature.
