Description:
{*}Note{*}: this is a *preliminary* ticket to document and track what needs to
be done to remove camel-test-infra-core in case of no consensus regarding
migrating the code (keeping the code base with 2 different ways of testing
would be worse than either alternative, so removing is the best approach as the
community can take over maintenance of the code with the old test approach).
Components that need to be reverted:
* camel-amqp
* camel-kafka
* camel-mongodb
* camel-cassandra
* camel-jms
* camel-paho
