Description:
Message headers (_properties_, in Service Bus parlance) are not currently
propagated to/from Camel Message headers aside from within the
{{CamelAzureServiceBusApplicationProperties}} header.
Crucially, the lack of header propagation means that *trace context propagation
does not work* when using Azure Service Bus.
I have implemented and tested the necessary header propagation and created a
PR. Please let me know if I need to target a later version, or if we need to
make the new behaviour switchable in order to make it suitable for a patch
release.
