Automatic upgrade of swagger-openapi3-java-parser-version

causes camel-quarkus native build. As you can see, the swagger-java-parser
2.1.28 is based on swagger core 2.2.32 (see
[code|https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-parser/blob/v2.1.28/pom.xml#L375]).
Swagger-cire version should be upgraded to 2.2.32 im Camel
