Both `camel kubernetes export` and camel kubernetes run` and not taking the
manifest options/traits into account that exist within an applicaton.properties
file.
This is #4 in the kubernetes manifest options
(https://camel.apache.org/manual/camel-jbang-kubernetes.html#_kubernetes_manifest_options).
e.g. (application.properties)
