Summary: Camel CLI Infra run - use the default port for custom
implementations

Right now most of the infra services are already using a default fixed port.
But some custom implementations are still using random assigned port.
For example, _camel infra run kafka_ runs on port 9092, _camel infra run kafka
redpanda_ runs on a random port.
