Updating camel from JUnit 5 to JUnit 6 is necessary for the spring-boot 4
upgrade, mainly because of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-22750.
Upgrade camel to use the
camel-test-junit6/camel-test-main-junit6/camel-test-spring-junit6 components
from their junit5 counterparts, and change the junit-bom imported to the junit
6 version by default in camel-parent.
