While working on dashboard monitoring for CronJob [1], I realized we can
include a new feature to the observability services in order to try to save on
log certain useful observability metrics. They could be recovered at any later
stage by investigating log, even if the service is down. This is required when
the Camel application is run as a cronjob or in a serverless mode.
