Fix For: 4.19.0
The MCP exception catalog resources (introduced alongside the
DiagnoseData/DiagnoseResources extraction) hardcode documentation links to
{{components/next/}}, which always points to the latest development docs. Users
working with LTS releases (e.g., 4.18.x, 4.14.x) receive links that may not
match their Camel version, potentially leading to inaccurate guidance on API
changes or deprecations.
