When generating application.properties, AI agents need to know the valid
property names for a given component and runtime. Currently they have to parse
the full component doc output and guess the property prefix.
Add a camel_component_properties tool that, given a component name and runtime,
returns all valid configuration property names with their types, defaults, and
descriptions.
