Add a new Camel component `camel-ibm-watsonx-data` that integrates with IBM
watsonx.data, IBM's open lakehouse platform for data analytics and AI
workloads. The
component uses the IBM watsonx.data Java SDK (v0.9.0) and provides a
producer-only endpoint supporting 18 operations for managing catalogs, schemas,
tables, query
engines (Presto/Prestissimo), and storage registrations. Authentication is
handled via IBM Cloud IAM API keys with optional OAuth 2.0 support.
The component follows the same patterns established by the existing
`camel-ibm-watsonx-ai` component, including configuration inheritance,
header-based operation
override, and `EndpointServiceLocation` implementation.
