The _camel-kafka-starter_ module has 9 integration tests that verify Kafka
produce/consume functionality against a real broker via Testcontainers. These
tests are essential for catching API-level incompatibilities when Spring Boot's
BOM downgrades the kafka-clients version relative to what Camel declares (e.g.,
Camel 4.18.x declares kafka-clients 3.9.2 but Spring Boot 3.5.x forces 3.8.1).
