currently, there are:
* paho (mqtt3): deprecated in 4.21
* paho-mqtt5

but the java library of paho project is unmaintained. last release was in 2020

we should search an alternative library to propose an mqtt component.
Maybe https://github.com/hivemq/hivemq-mqtt-client
