The Source tab of the TUI links a to/toD/wireTap line to the route that
consumes the endpoint, a from line back to its callers, and g opens a
go-to-route popup. YAML routes have had this for a while and Java routes since
CAMEL-25192. XML routes have none: the route index only scans YAML and Java
files, although XML files are Camel sources there.
Index the routes of Camel XML files (from, to, toD, wireTap, enrich, pollEnrich
and the case/otherwise of a switch) with their lines, so they link to and from
the routes of the other files like the YAML and Java ones.
