Claus Ibsen created CAMEL-25244:
-----------------------------------
Summary: camel-jbang - source editor: quick doc of the XML element
or attribute at the cursor
Key: CAMEL-25244
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25244
Project: Camel
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: camel-jbang
Reporter: Claus Ibsen
Follow-up of CAMEL-25240 (XML DSL completion) and CAMEL-25219 (the quick doc of
the simple function at the cursor) in the source editor of camel-jbang.
In an XML route the quick doc panel shows the documentation of the line (the
EIP, the endpoint), not of what the cursor is on. On a line such as <log
message="..." loggingLevel="WARN" logName="orders"/> the attribute under the
cursor is the one worth explaining.
Show in edit mode, before the doc of the line:
* on an attribute name or in its value: the attribute's documentation (from the
XML schema, completed by the catalog model), its default and its values (enums,
true/false);
* on an element name: the element's documentation and its required attributes.
The uri attribute keeps the endpoint doc of the line. Read from the text above
the cursor, like the XML completion.
