All {{vertx-websocket}} consumers on the same host and port share one Vert.x
HTTP server, created from the {{sslContextParameters}} of the first consumer
that starts. A later consumer with different {{sslContextParameters}} starts
normally, but its own settings are silently ignored.
Since a port has a single TLS configuration, such a consumer should fail to
start with a clear error naming the host and port, as camel-netty-http already
does for consumers with a different bootstrap configuration on the same port.
Consumers that use the same {{SSLContextParameters}} instance keep sharing the
server.
