Follow-up to CAMEL-25186, as agreed in the review of [PR
#28370|https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/28370].
CAMEL-25186 proposes resolving the delegate endpoint of a {{master:}} endpoint
during export. The {{zookeeper-master}} component wraps a consumer endpoint the
same way ({{zookeeper-master:groupName:consumerEndpointUri}}, split at the
first colon in {{MasterComponent.createEndpoint}}), so the same treatment would
apply to it.

Observed:
* With Camel 4.23.0, {{camel export}} (camel-main runtime) adds
{{camel-zookeeper-master}} to the exported pom.xml, but not {{camel-timer}}.
* With the change from PR #28370 applied, an {{ExportTest}} case for the route
above still exports {{camel-zookeeper-master}} without {{camel-timer}}, while
the existing {{master:}} case exports both for all three runtimes.
Proposed change: extend the export-only branch in {{DownloadEndpointStrategy}}
from CAMEL-25186 to the {{zookeeper-master}} scheme, with an {{ExportTest}}
case. I'd open the PR once #28370 is merged, so both changes share one branch
shape.
