Found while adding the catalog body types of atom, rss, oaipmh and weather 
(CAMEL-24961, PR #28417).

h4. 1. The CamelOaimphOnlyFirst header changes the endpoint for all later 
exchanges

{{OAIPMHProducer}} (main 2a465aa4814c, line 80) copies the 
{{CamelOaimphOnlyFirst}} header onto the endpoint with 
{{endpoint::setOnlyFirst}}. The endpoint is shared, so after one exchange with 
{{CamelOaimphOnlyFirst=true}} every later exchange on that endpoint returns 
only the first page, silently. Checked on 4.24.0-SNAPSHOT with 
{{MockOaipmhServer}}.

Proposed: use the header value for that exchange only (a local variable), and 
do the same for the other headers copied onto the endpoint.
