Tier 1 item #1, ideas \(a\), of CAMEL\-25132. With the default statistics
level, ManagedPerformanceCounter updates about 5 atomic counters and 6 volatile
fields of shared objects per node, per exchange, for the processor, route and
context counters, so throughput does not grow with threads \(604k ops/s on 8
threads versus 5.49M without camel\-management\). Quick wins prototyped in the
ticket: LongAdder counters, write value statistics only when they change,
compute the mean on read, update the last exchange id and timestamp at most
once per ms, and derive inflight from the other counters.
