The hold is lifted: CAMEL-25388 (central exit codes and error handling,
CAMEL-25389) is resolved for 4.24.0. A port starts from that state and keeps
the same exit code contract.
Related: CAMEL-24724 moves the logic of camel run and camel export out of the
picocli commands, into the picocli-free camel-jbang-export module (Java API in
#28671, #28675, #28688; the shared settings pipeline in #28728). After it,
these commands are thin front ends that fill a request from their options, so a
port to aesh rewrites only the command layer: the options, the mixins
(MavenResolverMixin, QuarkusPlatformMixin) and the plugin lookup
(PluginHelper.getActivePlugins, which takes the picocli CommandLine). Suggested
order: the remaining CAMEL-24724 stage-1 steps first, then the port.
Target 4.24.0.
