Follow-up of CAMEL-26158 (PR #28941).
The vertx producer fails an exchange without a body
(InvalidPayloadRuntimeException). The Vert.x event bus supports null bodies
with its built-in null codec, and a message without a body is a normal
trigger/ping signal. Let send, publish and request send a null body instead of
failing.
