The camel-ldap integration tests ({{LdapRouteManualIT}},
{{LdapRouteTwoManualIT}}) are disabled unless {{-Denable.ldap.itests=true}} is
set (disabledReason "complex ldap server environment"). Since CAMEL-26198 fixed
the embedded ApacheDS setup of the tests (ERR_277 in the TLS key helper), they
run with an embedded server on a random port in about 2 seconds (5 tests pass).
Remove the gate so they run in CI (check they also pass on the ppc64le/s390x
builds, which need no container here).
