Found while fixing CAMEL-26240 (PR #29102).
With CAMEL-26240 the kubernetes-* producers resolve the namespace as: the
{{CamelKubernetesNamespaceName}} header first, then the endpoint {{namespace}}
option ({{KubernetesHelper.extractNamespace}}).
{{KubernetesCustomResourcesProducer}} keeps its old order: the endpoint option
first, then the header. A route that sets the header to work on another
namespace works with every producer except custom-resources.
Proposed: use {{KubernetesHelper.extractNamespace}} in custom-resources too,
with an upgrade guide entry (a route that sets both the option and the header
then gets the header's namespace).
