Part of the move of the Google test-infra to Floci GCP (CAMEL-26614).
The integration test of camel-google-storage ({{ComplexIT}}) runs only with
{{GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS}} set for a real project.
Floci GCP emulates Cloud Storage over REST (JSON and XML) and gRPC: buckets,
objects, resumable uploads, ranged downloads, copy and rewrite, versioning, V4
signed URLs.
h4. Change
* Add a local Cloud Storage service on Floci GCP to the Google test-infra.
* Run the integration tests against it; keep the remote mode.
* Skip the integration tests on ppc64le and s390x.
Depends on CAMEL-26614.
