this looks quite handy for generating lots of boiler plate code for doing 
mappings:
http://mapstruct.org/documentation/

it'd be nice to pre-load its model with all the available camel conversions
http://camel.apache.org/type-converter.html

and for all the MapStruct conversions to be automatically populated into the 
Camel type registry; then folks could use it as an easy way to generate mappings
