Fix For: 2.15.2, 2.16.0
Right now we auth against google user accounts only (see
https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/components/camel-google-calendar/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/component/google/calendar/BatchGoogleCalendarClientFactory.java)
but there are also other options like service accounts. Should make this
pluggable so folks can use whatever they want.
