Kafka 0.8.2.2 has been released. In this new version there should be the new
Consumer API. I've created a JIRA to SMX team to release the new bundles of
Kafka_2.10 and Kafka-clients.
When the bundles will be available I'll upgrade Kafka version in Camel.
