Yep, I also added a note about the Ignite Karaf feature repository in the
camel-ignite feature details.
And it was already part of the Camel Ignite doc page anyway, but I added a big
warning at the top for OSGi users. It'll be available on the main site as soon
as the builtbot syncs.
